We are pleased to extend a special invite to all U.S. women players to enter the 2022 Women’s Online World Championship.

Participate in three exciting competitions at once!
In addition to a shot at the online world title, the winner of the Americas region will be crowned 2022 USBGF Women’s Online National Champion! Other top performers in the Americas region will also be invited to compete on the USBGF Women’s National Team.
All matches will be played online with a flexible schedule arranged by you and your opponent, with a week to ten days to complete each round.
The entry deadline has been extended to May 7th, and qualifiers start on May 8th.
How to participate:
- Register and follow instructions on the World Backgammon Internet Federation (WBIF) website
- Entry fee is 30 € (euro), payable by PayPal (see option below to send payment through Rory Pascar to get reduced transfer/exchange fees)
- Must be a WBIF member, only 10 € per year
Format:
- Stage 1 is regional qualifiers, single-elimination (America…..Europe/Africa…..Asia/Australia/Oceania)
- In each region, the best 25% or more move on to stage 2
- Stage 2 is Swiss. 13-point matches. Clock 26 min/10-sec delay
- Played on Backgammon Studio Heroes
