The Genud Cup is an all-women annual, team-based backgammon competition held online between the United Kingdom Backgammon Federation (UKBGF) and the United States Backgammon Federation (USBGF). It is named in honor of Lee Genud, a legendary backgammon player, 2x world champion, backgammon author, and commentator.
The event features 8 rounds of individual matches, with players from both teams competing for the overall cup. The tournament is generally played over two days and utilizes the Heroes backgammon platform.
