There are two types of errors that can be made by the OLM Editor: (1) putting up for a vote a play that probably should be made automatically and (2) not putting up for a vote a play which merits a vote. We prefer to err on the side of caution, thereby potentially making mistakes of type (1), and avoiding errors of type (2).
