Rob Maier is a member of the USBGF Board of Governors. He has been directing the Pittsburgh Backgammon Championships since 2009. He has worked on tournament backgammon staffs for a number of years and been involved in the professional backgammon community for over a decade. In addition to backgammon, Rob is also active in the worlds of duplicate bridge directing and soccer officiating. He currently resides in Morgantown, West Virginia.
